The OFI (Oil Flow Indicator) is used for showing and monitoring the quantity of oil flow in the transformer cooling system with force oil circulation. OFI monitors oil pump flow direction, valve open and close positions, and will initiate alarm signals when the quantity of oil increases or decreases to set parameters.
Oil flow indicators are essential to insure the pump is functioning properly. Trantech’s oil flow indicators product can handle ambient temperatures of -30C to +40C.
